A very important Girl Boss in my life preaches “you always need to have an adventure on the books.” She’s right – it’s SO important to have something to look forward to! The everyday rise and grind can have you questioning all kinds of things if your calendar isn’t filled up.
I try to abide by such philosophies, so next on the docket is an trip across the pond to Norway! I’ll be there for a little over a week in March and I’m trying to avoid two things: freezing and overpacking. Contradictory right?
If I don’t pack enough, I’ll freeze. If I overpack, well, I’ll have to waste extra $$$ that could go towards a fabulous handbag, and who wants to do that? (am I right?!)
Since I’m really trying to jump on the minimalism train – they’re all about it in Norway – here are a few links I found from different bloggers that share how they avoid overpacking and still have everything they need!
- The Everygirl shares how to pick versatile clothing and use “packing cubes” – I know you’re curious 😉
- Oh Happy Day lays out How to Pack for Paris in the Winter with Just a Carry On. This one is such a game changer. I love it when people give me exact answers… (*sigh*)
- Don’t forget your carry-on ess
entials! The Vault Files has tips on what should be in the bag under your seat.
